Start at the Shark Spotters on Boyes Drive at 07:45 for an 08:00 start.  Up Mimeties Valley and across to Spes Bona where we descend and return on the lower level contour path to our cars.  Great views of False Bay and Kalk Bay Harbour and the contrasting forest in Spes Bona Valley
