GRADE 3A+, MEDIUM PACE
This is a beautiful loop through Silvermine East that takes in the vastness of Silvermine. The fynbos is stunning and the views throughout the hike are varied and beautiful. At this time of year the flowers are out in an amazing variety. There are 2 sections of steep ascent to get us onto the plateau and then up to the peak but otherwise most of the hike gently undulates.
Please earmark the Saturday as an alternative hiking day in case of predicted poor weather on the Sunday.
