IMPORTANT MESSAGE:
As discussed at our last AGM in February 2024, membership fees will increase to R300 p.a. from October 2024 for people over 18 years if age. Children are not required to pay membership fees.
For members who have joined before 1st January 2024 this means we will be sending you an invoice in December 2024, for membership from 1st January to 30th September 2025. This invoice will be on a pro-rata basis, i.e. for 9 months only, based on the annual membership fee of R300. Thereafter, from October 2025 onwards, renewals will again be for 12 months running from October to September the following year. All members who have joined after 1st January 2024 will be receiving an invoice for renewal six weeks before their new membership fee is due. For example, if a member joined 2nd April 2024, his/her new membership is due on 2nd April 2025, and he/she will be receiving an invoice 6 weeks before that date.
There will be an additional enrolment fee of R150 for all NEW members.
Important: Existing members who fail to renew their membership timeously and within the grace period will unfortunately be suspended automatically and archived, and have to re-enrol and pay the enrolment fee upon their re-registration.
